Driving Directions to Main Campus
If you are traveling from the Monroe, NC area:
Take Independence Blvd (Highway 74) towards Charlotte NC.
Turn left onto Idlewild Rd.
Idlewild Rd becomes Rama Rd and changes into Sardis Rd.
Central Church is located at the third light on the right.

From North Charlotte/University Area:
Take I-77 South to I-277 (toward uptown Charlotte) taking the Independence Blvd exit. Travel East until you pass Cricket Arena/Ovens Auditorium. You will need to be in the right lane to exit Independence Blvd and enter the entry ramp to Wendover Rd. Travel Wendover Rd. from this point and turn left on Randolph Rd. at the 4th traffic light. Stay on Randolph Rd, Central will be your right at the 4th traffic light.

Traveling from Southern Mecklenburg County or Rock Hill area:
I -77 North will take you to Exit # 5 or Tyvola Rd .
Turn right onto Tyvola Rd travel this approx 4-5 miles until you see the South Park Mall on your left. (Tyvola Rd becomes Fairview Rd. and changes into Sardis Rd.) After passing South Park Mall on your left, you will pass five traffic lights. After passing the 5th light (Providence Rd) and the BB&T Bank you will see Central on your left.

Additional Parking
We have additional parking available each Sunday morning at Providence Day and Country Day School. Shuttles run continuously to pick you up and drop you off in front of the sanctuary. 

Providence Day Lot (from Central’s main parking lot)
- Turn LEFT onto Sardis Road
- Go THRU the light at Randolph
- Turn RIGHT into Providence Day parking lot marked with Central signs.

Country Day Lot (from Central’s main parking lot)
- Turn RIGHT onto Sardis Road
- Go THRU the 1st light at Providence Rd.
- Turn LEFT at 2nd light onto Carmel Rd.
- Turn RIGHT into Country Day parking lot marked with Central signs.
