Central Church of God

When Pastor Livingston arrived, the membership was 22. Under his ministry and leadership, the church has grown to its present membership of over 7000.  Central has three worship services with an attendance of over 7000 people. Pastor Livingston's ministry is well known throughout the country, as he presently serves as the voice of Forward in Faith, the international radio program for the Church of God. He has served on the Church of God Executive Council. He is currently serving as a member of the State Council for the state of North Carolina.

Educational Background:
Graduated from Lee College in Cleveland, TN in 1977 with a Bachelor of Science degree. He also received a Doctorate of Divinity Degree from Lee.

Pastor Livingston served as an evangelist for five years before accepting the pastorate of Central Church in Charlotte, NC in 1977.

Pastor Livingston married the former Sandra Weatherby in 1973, and they are the parents of four daughters and five grandchildren.
