Central Church of God

The fee to register for the Pure Religion 5k is $20 for each individual adult (18 and over) and $10 for each child (17 and younger). Please register children and adults separately. Each registrant will receive a T-shirt.

There will be a Fun Run option for elementary aged children in which they will not be required to register or pay $10, however; they will not receive a T-shirt.

In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Pure Religion Walk, I hereby for myself, my heirs, and my personal representatives assume any and all risks that might be associated with the Walk. I understand that all participants under 13 years of age at the time of the event must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18 and that all registration forms for walkers under 18 years of age must be signed by a parent or legal guardian. I understand that I am solely responsible for my health and safety in connection with the Walk, and I acknowledge that I am physically capable of participating in and completing the Walk. I further waive, release, discharge, and covenant not to sue Central Church of God and/or the venues at which the Walk is held, or their respective officers, directors, employees, sponsors, organizers, volunteers, agents, related entities, or other representatives, or their successors and assigns, for any and all injuries and damages of any kind whatsoever suffered as a result of taking part in the Walk and any related activities. I agree that I am volunteering to participate in the Walk and understand that I will not receive any payment whatsoever for my voluntary participation. I also agree to my likeness or voice in the use of any photo, film or videotape of the event for any purpose.
