Wednesday Dinners

Dinner in the FLC begins at 5:00pm until 6:30pm.

Costs are as follows (each $5 & $3 meal include dessert & beverage)

$5 - a savory salad bar OR a delicious home-cooked hot meal with choice of entrees
$3 - a half portion of the hot meal
$1- pre-made side salads are available *
$1- Soup of the week

January Recipe of the month
Azifa - Lentil Salad
1/2 lb lentils - Cooked
1/2 cup red onion chopped
3 oz chopped canned green chilies
1/2 teaspoon chopped parsley
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vinegar
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 med tomato diced
1 teaspoon brown mustard
* combine all ingredients.  Toss gently refridgerate several hours.
