Life Care Center

The Central Church Life Care Center has been in existence for over 16 years assisting the church body and community in their spiritual, emotional, and relational growth. Help is offered through individual pastoral care sessions, 10-week workshops, and various seminars conducted by local Christian professional counselors throughout the year. We offer an environment of affirmation and confidentiality with the support of trained Life Care Ministers and staff.

As people go through the challenges of life, they often isolate themselves thinking they don’t want to bother someone else with their issues or can’t trust anyone to understand or help bear their burden. God’s word tells us that we are to help bear one another’s burdens and that He would know us by the love we have for one another. In order to love and be loved and help and be helped, our Lord wants us to open our hearts to give and receive. It has always been the goal of the Life Care Center to provide a safe place for God’s people to open themselves up and let the truth of His word and the love of His people be poured in to bring healing and peace to their lives. Through the ministries available at the Center, as participants submit themselves totally to the Lord, He reveals the areas in their lives He wants to work, provides the tools and people to help them face and deal with the pain, and in the process heals their soul. Many lives have been blessed and changed tremendously for God’s glory because people have come and found their safe place to heal and grow. Now, many of those same people are allowing God to use them to minister to the needs of others who are longing for their emotional wounds and pain to be healed.
