Pregnancy Care

Ladies work with expectant young women who have little family and/or support.

How you can help:

Florence Crittenton Services 
We meet at 5:30pm on the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month to prepare and serve home-cooked meals for the residents.  We have time to visit and pray with the girls and are usually finished around 7pm.  You can also be a mentor to one girl; please contact us for details.

Pregnancy Resource Center
There are opportunities for you to serve PRC at locations on East 4th Street and on Sugar Creek Road.  Their needs include peer counselors, hotline help, receptionist work, and  help with their baby  boutique.  If you are interested in serving in this ministry, please call  704.372.5981 for a volunteer training schedule and an application.

Lois’ Lodge 
Lois’ Lodge is the area’s premier Christ-centered maternity home.  Located in Charlotte, NC, in the beautiful Dilworth area, these four homes serve young women experiencing the challenges of an unexpected pregnancy. Lois’ Lodge also offers aftercare services tailored for both adoption and parenting options. Surrounded by a nurturing, supportive staff, they receive spiritual and emotional counseling, grow in their senses of purpose and in their skills and abilities, and learn to become spiritually and intellectually responsible. You can help in a variety of ways!
