What’s Happening On Wednesdays?
Designed especially for children, we offer an exciting variety of creative programs throughout the week. A child’s Sunday morning and Wednesday evening is filled with fun and excitement as he or she attends Kids Central.
Starting Wednesday January 18, 2012, from 6:30- 8:00pm we will begin our Royal Rangers and Girls Ministry Classes. These are classes that we offer for our first through fifth graders, where they will learn more about Gods Word and learn how to practice different life skills.
The girls will be split into two classes. The first class will be for our first and second graders called Prims. In this class they will learn Bible stories, exciting new songs, go on adventures, and earn colorful badges as they complete different requirements.
The second Girls Ministry class will be for our third through fifth graders called Stars. In this class the girls will learn about basic Christian beliefs, the world of missions and character development through fun and interactive teachings and activities, and earn badges as they complete the requirements for the program.
The Boys will also be split into two classes. The first class is for first and second graders called Ranger Kids. Boys in this age group participate in great fun and excitement that will allow boys to develop their interests as well as mold their character while participating in great fun such as tying knots and reading maps.
The second boys class will be for third through fifth graders called Discovery Rangers. Boys will learn new skills, like camping, building models, giving first aid, and fishing while learning about God and His Word.
