wide open ministry teams
There are some basic requirements essential for all ministry team members:

• fill out an wide open ministry team application
• read and sign Ministry Team Covenant
• uphold Wide Open code of conduct both inside and outside of church
• consistently attend services and discipleship on Wednesdays and Sundays
• participate in all scheduled services and monthly outreaches
  

take one - the drama team

defined - we bring the Word to Life
requirements:-audition
-attend weekly rehearsal

-attend additional rehearsals as needed
-participate in services & monthly outreaches

passage band - youth worship band

defined-talented musicians and singers who provide an atmosphere of worship while serving s lead worship
requirements:-completion of worshipping musicians workshop class

the crew - sound, lighting, production


defined - technical team produces a creative, inviting atmosphere for who participates in a wide open service.

requirements:-available for on the job training twice per month

experience: varies based on tech area. basic computer skills and/or knowledge of power point beneficial

central youth choir

defined - family of christians that worship and praise the Lord with their lives and voices
requirements: -attend weekly rehearsals Sundays @ 4:45pm
- applications accepted in August and January
                experience- none; space limited to 100 students

-the step team
defined - performance team that claps, chants, and stomps loudly with rhythm.
requirements:-audition & interview
- attend rehearsals onSundays from 10:30am-12:00pm
-ability to learn choreographed steps
experience: none; space is limited

MVP-media/video/photography

defined- focused on producing media presentations to help inform, entertain, and turn eyes toward Jesus
requirements:-attend meetings twice a month, Mondays 6-7:30pm
experience: any knowledge of digital cameras and editing programs, as well as video camera operation, and writing skills beneficial
