Adventure Rangers is designed for boys grades 6th -8th.  It is the jr. high level of the National Royal Rangers program, developed by the Assembly of God.   A.R.C.(Adventure Rangers Club) is a hands-on program that focuses on building boys up in the word of God using activity-based learning that encourages boys to grow spiritually, socially, mentally and physically

Purpose of the Royal Rangers Ministry

  1. To evangelize boys for Christ
  2. To develop the total boy for Christ
  3. To keep boys in our churches

The Mission of the Royal Ranger Program:

  1. To instruct in Bible Doctrine.
  2. To challenge a boy in the area of Christian service.
  3. To inspire a belief in the fundamental beliefs of our church.
  4. To satisfy the boy's basic need for activity.

As an Adventure Ranger, a young man will experience growth in four ways:

Physically: Their bodies will grow strong through understanding proper exercise and diet.
Spiritually: Their spirits will grow strong through prayer, Bible study and witnessing.
Mentally: Their minds will grow strong by reading, studying, and memorizing Scripture passages.

Socially: Their relationships with people will grow strong by learning how to treat them.

Meeting times/location:
A.R.C. outpost meetings are held in room 108 of the Passage each week from 6:30 to 8:15pm.   At this time, grades are grouped together into individual patrols where older boys are encouraged to be leaders for the younger.

How can my son join Adventure Rangers?

1.  The first step in joining is to have your son visit an outpost meeting! We hold groups each week except for the last Wednesday of the month and visitors are always welcome.

2.  Next,
click here to get your registration forms. Once they are completed, please return them to any ARC commander or drop them off at the Passage Youth Center.

How can I get involved?
Adventure Rangers is a hands-on learning program, that requires several volunteers in various areas.  Men and women are encouraged to volunteer during our weekly outpost meetings, monthly events and outings, or in anywhere they can.  To learn more about the program and how you can help, please contact Charryse Johnson.
